Pay Range: $40 - $49/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- This position is for the Laredo area to complete assessments in member’s homes as well as completing documentation as per State and Company guidelines to ensure compliance.
- M-F visits 3 days out of the week, with OT possible with manager approval, documentation days 2 days out of week, traveling to members’ homes to complete assessments/documentation
- Face to Face assessments completed 3 days out of the week with 2 documentation days, completing tasks, submitting all forms/assessments within turnaround times, completing outreaches.
- Traveling and getting to experience member visits/gaining experience.
- Must haves: Pediatric experience .
- Nice to haves: Home Health .
- Disqualifiers: no experience HH .
- Best vs. average: case management and home health.
