Key Responsibilities:
- Design and configure CMDB and discovery processes within ServiceNow.
- Implement ServiceNow Discovery to automatically detect and map IT assets.
- Develop workflows, business rules, and customizations on the ServiceNow platform.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs and web services.
- Ensure CMDB data accuracy and consistency, collaborating with IT teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the ServiceNow environment.
- Key Skills:ServiceNow Developer – ServiceNow, Strong CMDB, ServiceNow Discovery Implementation, Discovery Certified.
- Strong knowledge of CMDB management and Discovery implementation.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development (scripting, workflows, customizations).
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (SOAP/REST).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, particularly Configuration Management.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT.
- 10 years of experience in ServiceNow development, focusing on CMDB and Discovery.
