ServiceNow Developer

Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow enhancements and defect resolutions
• Research and advise on existing and upcoming capabilities of ServiceNow
• Research and implement solutions to incidents and requests
• Update standards and procedures documentation as required
• Coordinate and publish HR Knowledgebase articles
• Create automated test scripts for future upgrade releases
• Leverage deep understanding of business and system processes to recommend and propose technical/non-technical solutions
• Build trust and maintain solid working relationships with key business partners

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; 5 years ServiceNow configuration experience
• 2 years of ServiceNow development experience
• Coding experience - Javascript and Python
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• A minimum of 2 years Business / Systems Analyst experience
• 5 years ServiceNow configuration experience or 2 years of ServiceNow development experience
• Experience in Human Resources a plus, but not required
• Experience with requirements definition, documentation, and refinement
• Experience with end-to-end test planning and execution
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
• Strong written and communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Coding experience – JavaScript and Python
• HR Platform experience would be a nice to have
• You are analytical, technical, with strong problem-solving and communication skills
• You are highly organized and able to prioritize under tight deadlines
• You understand the importance of being detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
• You have experience configuring ServiceNow
• You possess a keen ability to build and influence relationships
• You are a self-motivated team player who can work independently
• You demonstrate good business judgment and maintain confidentiality of all data
• Your attention to detail consistently generates high-quality output
