Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision).
Key Responsibilities:
- NOTE: Candidate needs to be local to Alpharetta, GA area to be consider – this requires 3 days onsite work every week.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 10 years of business analysis experience required in brokerage or related field.
- Must have deep understanding of Brokerage functions such as client onboarding, trading, margin, lending, asset servicing, calculation of portfolio values.
- Experience with defining end-to-end process and data flow diagrams and experience with process flow tools.
- Must possess strong data analysis & data modelling skills.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (i.e. SQL, Excel, etc.).
- Experience writing user stories with detailed and comprehensive acceptance criteria that can be used by development and testing teams using JIRA.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and can drive complex decisions with technology partners.
- Experience of operating in Agile (Scrum) environment and understanding of Agile ceremonies.
- Bachelor education level in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Candidates should have 10 years of Technical Business Analysis in Brokerage field
- 5-7 years of experience developing products or experience of product management
- JIRA experience.
- Experience scaling technical infrastructure to meet the demands of global customers
- LEADERSHIP:Demonstrates clarity of thinking to work through limited information and vague problem definitions.
- Influences through others; builds direct and behind the scenes support for ideas.
- Proactively identifies and removes project obstacles or barriers on behalf of the team.
- Shares knowledge, establishing trust, credibility, and goodwill.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with senior leadership with confidence and clarity.
- Ability to work well with global teams, including time-zone flexibility.
- Have a mindset and inclination to teach and grow the talent. Seed cloud mindset and skills in the organization.
