Pay Range : $50 - $55 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities :
- These individuals will be responsible for creating clear and visually supported documentation that includes screenshots, analytics tagging suggestions based on guidelines, and customer journey states.
- The format of this documentation is highly regimented and there is training, support, and process documentation available to support the build out.
- The roles require close collaboration with the Product Managers who own these products / features within the Mobile App and Website to ensure documentation accuracy and relevance.
- These individuals will play a critical role in enabling the analytical tagging of the Mobile App and Website by engineers.
- Strong candidates are detail oriented, able to follow process documentation, and communicate well with process and product managers.
