Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using Axure, Figma, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve designs.
- Present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders effectively.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 10 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in Axure, Figma, and other design tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
