Pay Range: $40 - $45/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- key skills; UKG , Cognos , Report
- Advanced knowledge with UKG BI (Cognos) and how the reporting / analytics can be pulled from UKG Recruiting, Onboarding, and Pro
- Advanced Excel user (queries, merging – adhoc report instruction)
- Power BI knowledge
- Years of experience is not as important as skilled use of the 3 items above.
- If the candidate understands the platform and can provide examples of analytic reports created using the above.
- Analytical thinker – what is the data saying, what can the team get out of it
- Reporting- experience in dashboard building in Cognos
- Pivot tables, make reports presentable – executive level format
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written & presentation).
- Must be able to communicate with all levels of management within the company.
- The candidate should know that while these are all a part of the UKG platform of services, they are not all the same systems and do not necessarily “talk” to each other.
- UKG Recruiting is the module where our recruiters source candidates, UKG Onboarding is the system used to finalize the hiring piece of the process (information to be pushed to Pro for payroll, I9 Verifications, and onboarding documents needed executed), UKG Pro is the part of the system that houses our payroll and employee data information, UKG BI is the piece that assists with building reports.
