Pay Range : $95 - $100 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities :
- Champion user-centered design principles, and rely on these principles to build experiences that meet user needs (while simultaneously addressing business goals)
- Collaborate with key project team members, including product managers, engineers, technology leads and fellow designers to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Rapid ideation and iteration : Visualize and communicate ideas to your team in a timely manner
- Facilitate and participate in workshops and discussions to promote the communication of ideas
- Be proactive in giving and acquiring feedback from Designers as well as cross-functional members of your team
- Occasionally build presentations to be shared with the across teams within the organization
- Champion our design system to build consistent experiences that can scale in our suite of products
