Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the business line and stakeholders to develop and execute digital content strategies that align with business objectives and drive engagement.
- Works with team members to bring the content vision to life.
- Develops scalable content approaches that can be leveraged across the bank as other teams look to develop similar strategies.
- Able to execute in a brand voice and tone.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Skills-Content Designing, FIGMA , UX.
- Three years of financial services experience in either banking and Fintech.
- An understanding of payment processing products and services is particularly beneficial.
- 8 years of content strategy.
- Experience with the Adobe suite of products.
- Strong preference for candidates for the ability to add and edit content within FIGMA.
- Experience working in agile methodology and/or within a journey team.
