Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities : Acts as part of a multidisciplinary team designed to provide services from a holistic, trauma informed, clinical and values-based perspective.Leads the team of multi-discipline professionals in the development and recertification of treatment plans, ISPs, goal setting, and overall treatment objectives for each client on case load.Responsible for organizing the input from therapists, case managers, funder assigned advocate, program specialists, behavior specialists, direct support staff, program management, medical assessments, psychological assessments and any other input into a treatment plan with measurable goals, objectives and outcomes.Provides support to program management in assessing crisis intervention when needed from a trauma informed perspective.Participates in quality improvement and training activities for the purpose of compliance and program excellence.Other duties as assigned.Key Requirements and Technology Experience : Key Skills : Counseling, Social work, Mental Health Therapy .Master's Degree .Clinical Mental Health license (LPC, LCSW, LISW).Two years' experience required.
