Key Responsibilities :
- Provide strategic direction for systems engineering activities, aligning them with the company's goals and objectives Systems integration and architecture development.
- Team Leadership, including :
- Mentoring .
- Staff capability development .
- Effective coordination and communication with :
- Multi-disciplinary design teams .
- Systems engineering teams .
- Project management organizations .
- Internal and external customers .
- Technical leadership and oversight of :
- Control system integration .
- Test and development equipment .
- Ownership and Leading field Issue troubleshooting and support.
- Project engineering .
- Collaborate with technical experts and thought leaders to drive technological advancements.
- Present complex technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
