Pay Range : $60- $65 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for creating and maintaining a roadmap for digital platform including infrastructure, well managed, cyber risk and resiliency initiatives.
- Responsible for breaking down business epics into features and further into user stories.
- Writing acceptance criteria and lead the grooming efforts with the Agile team.
- Drive day-to-day prioritization of work, troubleshoot reported issues, and oversee releases.
- Inform and make changes to roadmap as new information is obtained.
- Collaborate with feature Product Owners to drive front-end integration commitments once back-end microservices have been stood up.
- Establish and maintain a high level of credibility with stakeholders.
- Collaborate and partner with world class software engineers to design, deliver, and sustain a new modernized API / microservices pattern and functionalities within the Digital platform to modernize the orchestration layers.
- Define and analyze metrics to measure the success of feature migration; ideally even coming up with dashboards everyone can see at any time, thereby improving our speed in seeing and communicating results.
