We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee complex construction projects, ensuring their success from start to finish. Position

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the execution of large-scale construction projects, managing all aspects from pre-construction to closeout. You will serve as a critical point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-profile commercial or federal construction projects, outstanding leadership abilities, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, from planning through completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Lead pre-construction activities, including budgeting, bidding, and subcontractor selection.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Oversee project teams to ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring all projects comply with OSHA and company standards.
• Identify and resolve project challenges, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and updates.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to executives and clients.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in commercial or federal construction.
• Demonstrated success managing projects valued at $5M or more.
• Proficiency with construction management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and safety standards.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• PMP or CCM certification is a plus.
