Key Responsibilities :
- Lead pre-construction efforts, including project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for various commercial and federal projects.
- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
- Conduct site visits and analyze project specifications and requirements.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend value engineering solutions.
- Maintain an updated database of material and labor costs.
- Participate in bid presentations and negotiations.
