Edith Macy Center is a conference center located in Briarcliff Manor, New York, 45 minutes from Manhattan. Edith Macy Center has more than 14,000 square feet of indoor conference space, 58 sleeping rooms, and we are situated among 405 wooded acres in the heart of Westchester County. Edith Macy Conference Center is looking for a Server!
This AM Shift is from 6am-2:30pm and will include weekends.
The full-time position also offers a competitive benefits package.
We're looking for an individual with a great Yes I Can" caring attitude to join our restaurant team as a Server.
Hourly pay is $19.00-$20.00, depending on experience. We are a non-tipped facility.
This individual must ensure guest satisfaction in the dining room area (and throughout the hotel) by serving the guests and maintaining cleanliness at all times in accordance to company policies.

Responsibilities
- Setting the dining room for service.
- Clear and clean up break station.
- Set up break station.
- Clear plates when individuals have finished their meal.
- Serve drinks from the kitchen.
- Interacts with staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information.
- Complete sidework before end of shift.
- Giving the guest the best experience possible by going above and beyond
Qualifications:
- Must have a clean valid driver's license.
- 1 year of serving experience , preferably in a hotel
- Outgoing personality with a zest for assisting others.
- Able to lift 25 lbs.
- Able to be on your feet for long periods of time.
- Must be able to read and speak English.
- An energetic personality.
Compensation Range
The compensation for this position is $19.00/Hr. - $20.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
