Job Description:
As a Customer Service Specialist at Pyramid Global Hospitality, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to guests in our cafe. Your primary responsibility will be to greet guests, take food and drink orders, and serve beverage items such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet guests in a friendly manner and take food and drink orders as requested.
2. Prepare and serve beverage items such as drip coffee, espresso-based drinks, variety of teas, and other specialty drinks whether hot or cold.
3. Prepare and serve food items such as pastries, muffins, and sandwiches.
4. Comply with all food, health, and safety regulations.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience working in a retail environment preferred. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
