Rand Tower Hotel, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel offers modern travelers a vibrant, story-rich experience in the meticulously restored Deco-era Rand Tower. POSITION SUMMARY :

Responsible for the delivery of dishes from the kitchen to the correct tables in the restaurant.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Run food to the appropriate table in a timely and efficient manner.
• Help set up and clear tables, stock service stations and assist servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction.
• Assist with clearing dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting.
• Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery, confirming order accuracy before presenting to guests and addressing any special requests or modifications. Greet guests in a prompt manner, seat guests and issue menus.
• Provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times.
• Perform all other duties deemed necessary by management.
