We are seeking a dedicated Parking and Grounds Support Team Member to assist in facilitating the day to day process of our paid parking program, as well as, maintaining the appearance and functionality of our outdoor grounds spaces. This role spends 100 percent of its time outdoors and involves a variety of tasks related to executing the parking system program, light landscaping, groundskeeping, and general maintenance.

We are seeking a dedicated Parking and Grounds Support Team Member to assist in facilitating the day to day process of our paid parking program, as well as, maintaining the appearance and functionality of our outdoor grounds spaces. This role spends 100 percent of its time outdoors and involves a variety of tasks related to executing the parking system program, light landscaping, groundskeeping, and general maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Walk the parking throughout the shift scanning vehicles with our parking tracking system to identify vehicles that are not authorized to park in the lot and/or are parking incorrectly
- Follow the parking system process to record unauthorized vehicles and facilitate warnings, fines and tows as outlined
- Maintain the grounds of the parking lot by removing any trash and debris, facilitating and appropriately reporting any maintenance issues
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the overall cleanliness and aesthetics of the property
- Exemplify exceptional customer service interacting with all guests, offering service with a smile, filtering questions, and offering positive solutions
- Experience in hospitality/frontward facing customer service
- Experience in parking/grounds maintenance highly desired
