POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will be for The Rux at Cambria Nashville Midtown. Responsible for the prompt, courteous service to restaurant guests; serving food and drink as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the dining room.
Essential Functions
The Rux is a gorgeous, special occasion-worthy escape, even when that special occasion is “it’s Tuesday.” Feeling at home even while you’re being a little fancy is our sweet spot. This approachability coupled with an appreciation for the finer things is what sets us apart. We’re sneakers with a slip dress. Fried chicken and a French 75. Stylish? Extremely. Pretentious? Never.

The compensation for this position is $8.00/Hr. - $8.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.

This position will be for The Rux at Cambria Nashville Midtown. Responsible for the prompt, courteous service to restaurant guests; serving food and drink as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the dining room.
Essential Functions
- Take and serve food and beverage orders.
- Record all sales using the appropriate POS system and follow all cash handling procedures. All guest payments are processed according to established procedures.
- Ensure alcohol awareness procedures are in place and notify supervisor of any guest incidents.
- Completes opening and closing side-work consistent with property expectations.
- Provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times.
- Perform all other duties deemed necessary by management.

Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to carry trays and move items weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Thorough knowledge of menus.
