What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spa Concierge - Female (Part-time) position at Pyramid Global Hospitality?
The Spa Concierge at Loma de Vida is an integral member of the team that creates distinctively different and authentic experiences for our guests. The Spa Concierge is responsible for the checking in and out of guests, scheduling of appointments, greeting and escorting guests to treatment areas, all while providing information concerning Spa facilities, retail, amenities, and treatments. Additionally, the Spa Concierge supports the Spa Attendants in the maintenance of all guest amenity areas of the spa.
The Server shall strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times. They will be responsible for exemplifying the La Cantera Resort and Spa Culture as well as promoting La Cantera Resort and Spa as both the Destination and Employer of Choice!
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION
- Greet guests as they enter the Spa.
- Provide guests with tours and information related to the Spa and its features.
- Assist guests with any questions they may have.
- Answer telephone calls and emails based on LCR & LDV standards of excellence.
- Take appointments either by phone, email or in person and scheduling them correctly with the perfect spa day for the guest in mind.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of and adherence to all procedures, protocols, and standards of the spa.
- Perform daily tasks as detailed on checklists and SOP’s.
- Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance based on LCR & LDV Appearance Standards.
- Assist with retail sales, restocking and cleanliness in the Spa Boutique.
- Report any accidents or injuries to Spa Leadership.
- Support Spa Attendants as needed to keep women’s and men’s areas clean, orderly, and well stocked with guest supplies.
- Always provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests and exemplify the LCR & Spa Culture.
- Market the spa internally and externally by attending special events when requested.
- Comply with all LCR & LDV policies and procedures.
- Report immediately all suspicious occurrences and hazardous conditions.
- Maintain the safety of work areas.
- Attend all mandatory meetings.
- Perform other tasks, including cross-training, as directed by Spa Leadership.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications such as: Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must have current TABC and Food Handler Certificates
- Hospitality experience with knowledge of Spa industry a plus
