Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to support clients' recovery.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on diagnostic evaluations and client needs.

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while maintaining client confidentiality.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Counseling or related field is required.
- Valid state licensure as a counselor or therapist is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10 coding and case management practices.
- Experience in behavioral therapy techniques is essential.
- Familiarity with psychopharmacology is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
