What are the responsibilities and job description for the Driver position at Pyramid Healthcare Inc?
Freedom Detox is seeking a driver to join their amazing team in Gastonia NC! This position is transporting clients in early substance abuse and mental health recovery to different locations within the southeast. NC, GA, VA where we have programs.
Pay: $15 per hour
Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday. 2pm until runs complete.
- Transport clients to and from specified regional locations
- Supervise clients while transporting
- Fulfill housekeeping duties at specified locations when not transporting
- Maintain all necessary documentation associated with services provided
- Ability to respond to emergency situations
- Ability to work alone
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. of force, if necessary
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Background:
- Valid driver’s license
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required
- Experience preferred, but not required
- Team player; confidentiality; safety; excellent communication skills; effective interpersonal relationships
- Maintain a safe driving record
- Participates in company offered training and development activities to enhance job knowledge and skills
