The salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $67,000, depending on licensure and position offered, with an additional $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Job Description
As a Counselor, you will be responsible for facilitating all clinical services for clients, including individual and family sessions, therapeutic groups, and referral source/outpatient provider contact. You will evaluate the behavioral, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social needs of clients and family members and consult with the treatment team regularly for the development of and progress towards treatment goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, you must have a Master's degree from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, or counseling. Additionally, you should have a sound clinical judgment and excellent clinical skills, as well as the ability to problem solve by gathering and analyzing information.
