At Pyramid Healthcare Mountaineer Inpatient in Kearneysville, we specialize in Substance Use Disorder treatment. Pyramid Healthcare Inc. has been in operations since 1999 and we currently operate over 80 programs in 8 different states, offering a full continuum of high-quality behavioral health care for individuals suffering from substance use disorders, mental health concerns, and other behavioral health issues. Hourly Rate: $17-$20/hour (based on education/experience)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support of admissions process by verifying all consents are signed and admissions processes are completed for each admission
- Conducts client and family orientation with primary therapist
- Provides case management services to include coordinating transportation needs, providing referral and aftercare provider contact, addressing outside provider needs, facilitating groups to support clinical services provided
- Collaborate with referral sources for assessments throughout treatment as needed
- Collaborate with treatment team to ensure client engagement in appointments/aftercare planning
- Ensuring each client has an aftercare plan developed in collaboration with the treatment team/referral sources/funding sources
- Other duties as assigned
Education, Licensure, & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services related field; minimum of 2 years of post degree, direct care experience with population services
- Bachelor’s degree in a non-human services related field; minimum of 4 years of post degree, direct care experience with the population served.
