The Community Liaison represents High Focus Treatment Centers, a leading provider of mental health and substance use services, specializing in intensive outpatient (IOP) and partial hospitalization (PHP) programs for adults and adolescents. Responsibilities:
Relationship Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of behavioral health professionals to support the growth and success of our organization.
Educational Workshops: Plan, create, and present engaging in-service workshops to educate clinical professionals on our services and offerings.
Referral Network Expansion: Expand and diversify the High Focus referral base through strategic networking and relationship-building activities.
Collaborative Care Coordination: Collaborate with the treatment team, both internally and externally, to ensure seamless care coordination.
Communication Enhancement: Maintain regular communication to enhance the overall experience and outcomes for clients and their families.
Qualifications:

Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) in a relevant field is preferred.
