Our highly trained staff create individualized, comprehensive and robust treatment plans designed to meet each client’s treatment goals.
At High Focus Centers in Norwalk we are currently seeking a Clinician to join our amazing Adolescent Clinical team of behavioral healthcare professionals serving adolescents (ages 10-18) who present with acute psychiatric illnesses and co-occurring disorders in a Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient treatment setting.

Salary Range : $52,000-$60,000 / year
Part Time : Flexible for days and afternoons
Clinical responsibilities include :
- Provide group therapy and group based psycho-education
- Provide individual therapy
- Conduct family sessions to review treatment plans and assess progress
- Conduct initial level of care assessments
- Demonstrates ability to engage adolescent patients and care givers in comprehending the interplay that exists when adolescents present with co-occurring disorders.
- Other duties as assigned
Education / Licensure :
- Minimum 1 year experience working with adolescents.
- Currently have or are in the process of obtaining the following licensure : LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LPC-A, LMFT, or LMFT-A
- Master's Degree in related field
