We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our collaborative team of behavioral healthcare professionals and contribute to the care and comfort of our clients.
Position Details:
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Hourly Rate: $15–$17/hour
Experience Level: Entry Level
Requirements: Valid Driver's License
Training: On-the-job training and tools provided!
Key Responsibilities:
Perform regular maintenance tasks including:
General carpentry and building repairs
Interior and exterior painting
Basic electrical and plumbing work
Groundskeeping and light janitorial duties
Conduct semi-skilled and skilled maintenance work under general supervision
Install and repair:
Electrical outlets, fans, and lighting (if qualified)
Plumbing fixtures, water lines, and drainage systems
Operate hand and power tools, as well as other related equipment
Maintain basic records of time and materials used
Complete additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Required:
Valid Driver's License
Preferred Experience:
General building maintenance
Carpentry
Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
