Mental Health Counselor - IOP

Position Overview: We are seeking a Adult Mental Health IOP Therapist to join our dedicated team. This role involves providing compassionate care through group, individual, and family therapy, while fostering a positive and therapeutic environment. Primary Responsibilities: Facilitate group, individual, and family therapy sessions. Conduct level-of-care assessments. Develop and maintain treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and staff. Address clients' behavioral and emotional needs through therapy and crisis intervention. Maintain accurate and timely client documentation in compliance with program standards. Evaluate progress and attend client meetings to ensure continuity of care. Support other programming needs within the office, as appropriate. Participate in training, staff meetings, and supervision as required. Uphold ethical boundaries and promote a safe therapeutic space. Education: Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. Experience: Experience providing counseling services in a group and individual setting with adults. Proficiency in addressing mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, suicidality, OCD, co-occurring disorders, and behavioral challenges. Family therapy experience preferred.
