Location: High Focus Centers –Center City, Philadelphia, PA
High Focus Centers is a leading provider of high-quality outpatient treatment across southeastern Pennsylvania, operating through its subsidiary programs: Rehab After Work, The Light Program, and Seeds of Hope. Our comprehensive and individualized treatment approach supports adolescents and adults struggling with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders.

Schedule
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- $55,000 (dependent on experience, education, and licensure)
- Facilitate PHP group therapy sessions focusing on mental health and/or co-occurring disorders.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and insurance reviews.
- Coordinate care with referral sources, families, and external providers.
- Maintain a minimum of 25 billable sessions per week while supporting program needs.
- Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and quality improvement efforts.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support clinical operations.
- Master’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Clinical Mental Health) from an accredited institution, with completion of a clinical based internship/practicum.
- Experience facilitating group therapy in an outpatient behavioral health setting preferred.
- Familiarity with PHP models of care and evidence-based treatment approaches.
- Licensure preferred but not required (LPC, LCSW, LMFT,).
- Ability to work effectively with diverse client populations and multidisciplinary teams.
