Location: High Focus Centers – Pottstown, PA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Evening Hours (In-Person)
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience and credentials

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate outpatient group therapy sessions and provide family support services.
- Conduct Level of Care Assessments as needed based on program requirements.
- Develop treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and colleagues within program timelines.
- Participate in team meetings to review and discuss client progress.
- Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with clinical and insurance guidelines.
- Provide a supportive and structured therapeutic environment for children and adolescents.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Master’s degree in Human Services, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Professional counseling experience (experience working with children and adolescents preferred).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
