Part-Time Evening Child and Adolescent Therapist

Location: High Focus Centers – Pottstown, PA

Schedule: Monday – Friday, Evening Hours (In-Person)

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience and credentials

High Focus Centers in Pottstown is a leading provider of outpatient treatment programs for mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. Our dedicated and highly trained staff develop individualized, comprehensive treatment plans to support each client’s unique recovery journey.

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Evening Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our exceptional team of behavioral healthcare professionals. If you are passionate about helping young clients in an outpatient setting and meet the qualifications below, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate outpatient group therapy sessions and provide family support services.
• Conduct Level of Care Assessments as needed based on program requirements.
• Develop treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and colleagues within program timelines.
• Participate in team meetings to review and discuss client progress.
• Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with clinical and insurance guidelines.
• Provide a supportive and structured therapeutic environment for children and adolescents.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Services, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Professional counseling experience (experience working with children and adolescents preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
