Location: High Focus Centers - Greater Philadelphia Area, PA
High Focus Centers, a leading provider of outpatient behavioral health treatment, is seeking a Part-Time Psychiatrist (1099 Contractor) to join our team. This flexible position offers the opportunity to provide coverage as needed across all our Pennsylvania locations, supporting staff during vacations or other absences.

Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Psychiatrist, you will:
Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-ups.
Review lab results and monitor blood levels.
Manage medication, including preparation of discharge orders and prescriptions.
Collaborate with clinical staff and primary care physicians as appropriate.
Ensure clients are prescribed appropriate medications at discharge.
Coordinate and complete the peer review process.
Work with a collaborating psychiatrist for medication and treatment decisions.
Provide clinical staff support and resources as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Board Certification in Psychiatry.
Minimum 2 years of experience in psychiatric medicine, with expertise in co-occurring disorders, mental health, and substance use treatment.
Knowledge of regulatory standards (CARF, Office of Mental Health, DDAP) and HIPAA compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
Technical Competencies
Expertise in delivering effective psychiatric care and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Ability to build positive relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Understanding of continuous improvement processes in mental health care.
