Vice President of OperationsLocation: Massachusetts Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving growth and excellence in behavioral healthcare services? Pyramid Healthcare is seeking an experienced Vice President of Operations to oversee strategic and operational success, champion program development, and ensure the highest standards of care across our facilities. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Drive the growth of services by planning, designing, and implementing strategies that align with organizational goals. Build new programs in collaboration with community stakeholders. Operational Oversight Manage all business aspects of facilities, including marketing and support services. Oversee fiscal, regulatory, and accreditation compliance to meet operational objectives. Ensure adequate staffing, effective resource management, and budget adherence. Team Development Assist with hiring, training, and mentoring program directors and operational staff. Provide leadership that fosters a culture of collaboration, customer service, and quality care. Quality Assurance Review clinical protocols, length of stay, and ensure adherence to service definitions. Support program directors in meeting performance targets and payer mix goals. Lead efforts to meet evolving client needs and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in business management, psychology, social work, nursing, or related field (Master's preferred). 3-5 years of management experience in substance use or mental health services, with expertise in clinical program development and supervision. Extensive knowledge of clinical treatment modalities and regulatory standards. Skills & Abilities Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and crisis management skills. Proven ability to manage multiple facilities and teams effectively. Strong clinical judgment and operational acumen.
