Currently, we have an immediate opening for a Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing team. This job requires a strong personality and solid process management skills. You must be able to work in a fast paced environment, be reliable, have the ability to see what needs to be done and do it, and all with a pleasant personality.

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm
Pay Scale: $22.00-26.00/hour Depending On Experience
Position Summary: To support the retail installation team and customers by coordinating retrofit projects and install related activities. Responsible for maintaining good customer relations through impeccable communication and accuracy, acting as an extension of the retail team.
Required Qualifications:
- Two years related experience and/or training in customer service, billing, dispatching or project management or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude
- Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication/listening skills
- Strong work ethic and team player mentality
- Able to handle complaints and unpleasant customers in a professional manner
- Fluent knowledge of Microsoft Office
