THE ROLE:

We're on a mission to find our next great Leasing Associate to work with us in our historic headquarters in downtown Syracuse at the Clinton Exchange (named for the creative exchange of ideas within). This is an exciting foray into the world of commercial leasing for recent college graduates or hungry sales professionals with a couple of years of experience.

This is a developmental position with the expectation that you will transition into our Leasing Representative position within 6-18 months.

And don't worry we provide you with all the tools, resources, mentoring and training you need to not only be successful, but confident in your critical role on the Pyramid Leasing Team: the lifeblood of our organization.

What Will You Do?

• Learn how to create and nurture relationships that create tenants for our shopping centers
• Learn how to seek out new and exciting retailers and brands that redefine the shopping experience regardless of whether the industry says they belong in a mall
• Leverage cutting edge tools and analyze data to determine which tenants are the best fit for our centers and why
• Transform the industry with the team leading the evolution of the shopping center industry
• Enjoy travel to industry conventions throughout the country and shadow our Leasing Representatives as they meet with prospects and current tenants
• Present your ideas in an open forum to senior leadership shaping the trajectory of the company on a daily basis
