REVENUE MANAGEMENT ANALYST
Pyramid Management Group, LLC one of the largest owners/managers of premier shopping malls in the northeast, is currently seeking a bright and motivated analyst with strong skills who will accept responsibility for the administration of tenant leases and the compilation of operating budgets and associated analyses for one of its operating affiliates.
This position will include primary responsibility for directly administrating business arrangements with the tenants of a major mall development regarding the budgeting, forecasting, analysis, billing and collection of lease obligated revenues, sales reporting. The Revenue Management Analyst will be required to periodically report on the status of revenue forecast variances and collection of tenant billings.
The ideal candidate will have a four-year accounting degree, one to three years business experience and a proven ability to independently manage and organize their area of responsibility as well as understand and explain complex lease contract terms and provisions.
