What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Clerk position at Pyramid Realty?
Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
· Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
· Utilize office equipment such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
· copying and Scanning files as needed
· Perform other office duties as assigned
Requirements
1 year Proven experience as office clerk or other clerical position
· Working knowledge of office devices and processes
· Very good knowledge of MS Office
· Excellent communication skills
· Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
· High school diploma or GED
· Own your reliable transportation.
Valid driving licenses
· Must be able to work in the U.S.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
