Overview
We are a Residential and Commercial Roofing company with a need to hire an experienced Residential Roofing Sales Professional.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join our dynamic team. In this role we will provide leads and appointments as they come in through our internal marketing efforts, but a big portion of the position is self generation of leads.

Duties

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Identify and target potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new business.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to develop promotional campaigns and marketing materials.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
• Track sales performance metrics and report on progress against targets.

Skills

• Experienced in Residential Roofing Sales
• Proven experience in customer service, with the ability to foster positive client relationships.
• Familiarity with technical sales concepts, particularly in B2C environments.
• Ability to keep a CRM updated with interactions between clients and potential clients.
• Ability to analyze data effectively to inform sales strategies and decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for persuasive presentation.
• Vast understanding of residential roofing applications, systems, lead generation, and estimating.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
