Pyramid Technologies, Inc. is looking for a motivated and reliable addition to our Administrative Team. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team and assisting with inside sales activities.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Assist with inside sales activities, including lead generation, customer outreach, and order processing.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and prospect information in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Prepare sales reports and other sales-related documents as needed.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products, pricing, and order status.
Process orders and coordinate with the production and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery.
Provide general administrative support to other departments as needed, including answering phones, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
Perform other duties as needed.
Desired Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Prior experience in administrative or inside sales support role preferred.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM software.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Detail-oriented and able to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional manner.
