Pyramid Technologies, Inc. is looking for a motivated and reliable addition to our Production Team. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery, assembling products, and ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently.
The Service and Calibration Repair Technician will be responsible for diagnosing technical problems, performing repairs and calibrations, and ensuring that our products meet industry standards and customer requirements.
Responsibilities
Perform repairs and calibrations on our products, including bill acceptors, thermal printers, and associated software products, to ensure that they meet industry standards and customer requirements.
Diagnose technical problems and troubleshoot issues with our products to identify the root cause of the problem.
Provide technical support to customers to help them troubleshoot technical issues with our products.
Maintain accurate records of repairs and calibrations, including documenting the cause of the problem, the solution, and any other relevant information.
Collaborate with the production and quality control departments to identify and resolve product quality issues.
Assist with the needs of the production floor, contributing to the assembly team when needed.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including maintaining certifications and participating in audits.
Provide feedback to the engineering department to help improve the design and functionality of our products.
Participate in training and professional development activities to stay up-to-date on industry standards and technical knowledge."
