Functional SAP SD Analyst
Location: Newport News, VA (Hybrid, Tuesday Thursday)
Contract: 6 Months (Likely 6-Month Extension & Potential for Conversion to Permanent)
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
SAP S/4HANA SD Implementation & Configuration: Configure pricing conditions, rebate agreements, master data, sales documents, credit management, deliveries, and billing processes.
Business Process Optimization: Analyze and improve sales and order management processes by collaborating with business users, sales teams, and customer service teams.
System Integration & Troubleshooting: Work closely with logistics teams and other SAP functional consultants to ensure seamless integration between SD, MM (Materials Management), FI (Finance), and Logistics Execution.
Testing & Deployment: Conduct unit and integration testing for new configurations and system enhancements, ensuring system stability before deployment.
End-User Support & Training: Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver user training to optimize system utilization.
Documentation & Compliance: Develop system documentation, user manuals, and training materials while ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
7 years of experience as an SAP SD and/or OTC Business Analyst, with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA SD configuration.
Strong knowledge of pricing procedures, rebate processing, condition records, and order-to-cash (OTC) processes.
Experience integrating SAP SD with MM, FI, and Logistics Execution, along with knowledge of EDI, IDOC, and BAPI.
Proficiency with MS Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), Smartsheet, and ERP systems.
Ability to develop reports and analytics within SAP S/4HANA SD, leveraging data insights for business improvements.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders across multiple business entities.
Willingness to travel up to 15% as needed.
