Description:
An experienced Scrum Master to join our Healthcare Payer IT program, responsible for delivering transformative solutions in Enrolment, Broker Commissions, and Billing for the small group and individual plan market. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, project management, and the ability to work with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience working as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile leadership role, with large US healthcare payer clients such as UnitedHealth Group (UHG), Anthem, and Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS).
- Proven experience leading IT projects related to Enrollment, Broker Commissions, and Billing for the small group and individual plan market.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
- Understanding of state and federal healthcare payer regulations (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong customer relations and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, specially JIRA
- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
