What might a typical day look like?
- Greeting and checking in clients with a smile, offering excellent customer service.
- Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment calendar.
- Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
- Processing client payments and managing billing.
- Providing clients with information about the services we offer.
- Assisting with administrative tasks and supporting the veterinary team as needed.
- Ensuring smooth and efficient daily clinic operations.
- Other duties as assigned.
