Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software-related issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems, mobile devices, and software applications
- Analyze and resolve technical problems with a sense of urgency
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operation of the organization's IT infrastructure
- Assist in network administration tasks as needed
- Conduct software troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve issues promptly
Skills
- Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS environments
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with computer networking principles
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with end-users
- Ability to analyze technical problems and implement solutions efficiently
- Experience in network administration is a plus
- Prior exposure to IT infrastructure and software troubleshooting
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
