Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equipment repair and a solid understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting. As a Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various types of equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability for our clients.
Duties
- Diagnose and repair equipment using schematics and technical manuals.
- Perform field service tasks, including installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment at customer locations.
- Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to carry out repairs efficiently.
- Collaborate with OEMs to ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications during repairs.
- Conduct software troubleshooting to resolve technical issues affecting equipment functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs performed and parts used, ensuring proper documentation for future reference.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repair status and recommendations.
Experience
- Proven experience in equipment repair, with a focus on mechanical knowledge and IT systems.
- Familiarity with schematics and the ability to interpret technical drawings is essential.
- Previous experience as a service technician or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in the field.
- Knowledge of computer hardware components and software troubleshooting techniques is an advantage.

Pay: $19.22 - $21.16 per hour
