Responsibilities
- Perform printer setup, installation, and configuration
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on printers
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues
- Interpret schematics to diagnose technical problems
- Provide field service support for printers at client locations
- Utilize hand tools to disassemble and reassemble printer components
- Collaborate with OEM representatives for technical support
Qualifications
- Proficiency in computer networking and IT systems
- Experience in equipment repair and maintenance
- Familiarity with schematics for troubleshooting
- Strong mechanical knowledge for handling printer components
- Ability to perform field service duties efficiently
- Competence in software troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
