Duties
- Install, configure, and maintain networking equipment such as Cisco routers and Avaya systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for clients on-site or via telecommunication.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on LAN systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to implement solutions for data center operations.
- Document all service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities accurately.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to enhance service delivery.
Skills
- Proficiency with Juniper networking equipment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware components and their functions.
- Experience in field service operations with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of LAN setup and management.
- Familiarity with telecommunication systems, including Avaya technology.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills.
