The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to lead high-stakes, large-scale sales initiatives, exclusively targeting U.S.-based clients with operations in Mexico. This role requires a polished and experienced professional with 10 to 15 years of senior-level sales expertise and a track record of consistently closing multimillion-dollar deals, ideally ranging from $1M to $3M or more.
As a key strategic partner to high-profile clients, including C-suite executives, you will deliver security solutions tailored to the unique challenges of cross-border operations. This opportunity is 100% focused on building relationships and selling to clients based in the United States, but whose operational footprint and security needs are centered in Mexico.
What You’ll Do:
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting U.S. companies with operations in Mexico, particularly within the maquiladora and manufacturing industries.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with senior decision-makers, including CEOs, presidents, and other C-suite executives, positioning yourself as a trusted partner for high-stakes security solutions.
• Manage and close multimillion-dollar sales cycles ($1M–$3M ), demonstrating expertise in complex negotiations and delivering measurable value to high-end clients.
• Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to design and deliver tailored solutions in CCTV, access control, and integrated security systems that address the cross-border needs of U.S.-based clients.
• Drive alignment between security solutions and clients’ broader strategic objectives, ensuring seamless implementation and long-term client satisfaction.
• Navigate the complexities of cross-border business environments, including regulatory, logistical, and cultural nuances, to ensure smooth collaboration and execution.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies, security industry trends, and market developments to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients, ensuring continued satisfaction and identifying opportunities for future business.
Who You Are:
• A seasoned sales professional with 10 to 15 years of senior experience managing multimillion-dollar deals ($1M–$3M or greater), with a proven ability to consistently close high-value transactions.
• A bilingual expert, fluent in Spanish and English, with the professionalism and confidence to build trust and influence at the executive level, including CEOs and other key decision-makers.
• A strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex client challenges into innovative, high-impact security solutions.
• Disciplined, self-driven, and results-oriented, with the ability to independently manage long, complex sales cycles and deliver exceptional results.
• Highly knowledgeable about the U.S.-Mexico binational market, with expertise in the maquiladora and manufacturing sectors and a strong understanding of cross-border operations.
• An expert in CCTV, access control systems, and integrated security solutions, with the ability to communicate their value in ways that resonate with high-level stakeholders.
