The Senior Digital Strategist is a hybrid role that blends hands-on tactical execution, strategic development, and client account management. In this role, you will lead the charge on creating and implementing integrated digital marketing strategies across a variety of channels while ensuring excellent client communication and service.
You will be responsible for interpreting digital analytics to uncover actionable insights, advising clients on strategic opportunities, and overseeing the execution of tactics such as SEM, social media advertising, programmatic ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and marketing automation. High-level organization and strong communication skills are essential, as this role requires managing multiple projects and fostering collaborative relationships with both clients and internal teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Strategy :
Support, create and implement comprehensive digital strategies tailored to client goals.
Contribute ideas for campaigns, strategies, and growth opportunities.
Identify new opportunities and provide strategic recommendations based on industry trends and analytics.
Lead the reporting process for clients by gathering data, overseeing the narrative, and leading reporting calls
Client Service :
Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and timely updates on project progress.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their goals, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional support.
Collaborate with internal teams to align deliverables with client expectations and ensure satisfaction.
Participate in client meetings to present updates, gather feedback, and contribute to strategy discussions.
Tactical Execution :
Assist in implementing digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, SEO, paid advertising, and content marketing.
Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimizations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience : 4–6 years in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEM, social media ads, programmatic, SEO, and marketing automation.
Analytics Expertise : Proficient in analyzing data and using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and platform-specific dashboards to generate actionable insights.
Communication Skills : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present strategy and results to clients confidently.
