About You:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven success in new home sales, specifically with a home builder.
- Expertise in working with high-end buyers and an understanding of their unique expectations.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven, with a track record of exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to initiate marketing ideas and assist in coordinating client functions.
- Skilled at marketing the community and company through participation in local events and networking with realtors.
- Strong understanding of the Aledo / Fort Worth, Texas market is a plus.
- Ability to work weekends with 2 days off during the week.
