As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team at our Charleston office.
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with 3 years of agency experience to create visually compelling and effective designs for our clients. As a Graphic Designer at Pyxl, your focus will be on delivering high-quality design work for various marketing channels, including digital ads, landing pages, white papers, social media, motion graphics, and more. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver designs that align with their brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce creative assets for clients across various platforms, including email templates, landing pages, ads, social media posts, and infographics. Design experience for printed assets as well (i.e. one pagers, event signage, etc.)
- Create motion graphic videos and illustrations to support marketing efforts.
- Lead client calls from a design perspective, ensuring design decisions align with client expectations and project goals.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to produce design work for white papers, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Maintain established design processes and ensure attention to detail across all client deliverables.
- Ensure all designs are delivered on time, meet client specifications, and uphold the highest quality standards.
- Demonstrate strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple design tasks at once.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices, and
incorporate them into Pyxl's creative processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an agency environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work across various marketing platforms.
- Expertise in design tools, including Figma, Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with motion graphics and video design is a plus.
- Ability to lead client calls, providing design direction and managing expectations from a design perspective.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work that meets client needs.
- Excellent understanding of branding, marketing principles, and the ability to translate business objectives into creative strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Experience with HubSpot (email and landing page design) is a plus, but not required.
- Experience with Asana (project management platform) is a plus, but not required.
- Must be able to relocate to Charleston, SC if not currently located there (relocation assistance not provided).
